Job Description As our Chief Product Officer, your role is to establish the product by setting the product vision, defining the product roadmap and building a best-in-class team, to ensure this organization is setting new standards and the best in its category. You will: - Build and grow the product - Be in charge of the product vision - Have technical expertise jump in and build, as well as lead, this scrappy, young team - Be responsible of the roadmap definition and prioritize feature - Be responsible release & internal communication (new product introduction process) - Build and lead the team, as well as manage and grow it - Be creative - Have experience with building products for global and emerging markets and on emerging platforms Your experience: - 3+ years of experience running product, ideally at a digital media organization - A strong communicator who has built and led cross-functional teams - Good understanding of the agile process - Creative thinker with experience scaling products Significant equity and a compensation based on market standards
