JD :

- Leads the transformation of product ideas from their most formidable stages into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects while maintaining a serious consideration of the financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives of the business.

- Drive and have a passion for customer, user engagement and research required for new products and ongoing improvements. Learn quickly and define delighting factors/metric that will make the product a unique, indispensable solution for customers.

- Be the expert for a complete product solutions space by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile and industry domain (across core processes), how it's used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs, helps teams solve problems through problem domain expertise.

- Ensure continuous improvement in the product as well as the product's compliance to market needs wrapped in a product experience that continuously and consistently delights the consumers.

- The CPO is charged with the performance of various product analyses such as gap analysis to establish product differentiation and execution strategies that will lead to the product's ultimate success.

- Lead the product team with a super data-driven and process oriented approach while meeting deadlines

- Co-ordinate for successful and timely delivery of world-class product.

Requirements :

- BS/MS and/or MBA preferably from a top tier university

- Candidate is expected to have 12-15 years of industry experience of which 6yrs is in a Product management role. Preferably having experience in Consumer Internet space

- Driven brand new offerings, from concept and ideation through successful market launch and ongoing management

- A deep sense of customer responsiveness, and UX design sensitivity. Proven record of having built great customer experiences.

- Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.

- Strong planning acumen and self-starter that clearly prioritizes against product delivery goals and manages the overall market launch program. Balances long-term vs. short-term objectives

- Strong communication strengths to ensure teams have the information they need to be effective, presents effectively to executives and cross-functional leaders
