Chief Product Officer

- An Bollywood NFT collectables startup is looking for an Chief Product Officer for building their metaverse platform and the collectibles.

- The Person will be responsible to oversee every element of the product from design to launch and beyond while ensuring it delivers value to both customers and the business.

- Candidate needs to lead the product management (PM) team in building great products that deliver sustainable value to the business.

- From the early stages of developing a new product concept to beyond product launch, a CPO balances the needs and goals of both the product and the business.

- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs and business growth

- Define product requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost and impact.

- Build, mentor and manage a product team including product managers and UX designers and nurture a customer-driven product culture.

- Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for the products.

- Understand the market trends on Blockchain & NFT products.

- End-to-end responsibility for defining product features and creating product requirement document.

Requirements :

1. 5 to 7 years of experience from tier 1 engineering/management institution.

2. Must have an understanding of consumer mindset.

3. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and ownership skills, with an eye for detail.

4. Should be a person with a go-getter attitude and ability to deliver results.

5. Should have experience of building products from scratch and taking them from 0 to 100.

6. Ready to go ground level up and identify root cause of the problem

Salary : Good & Negotiable for the right candidate.
