Chief Product Officer - Internet/Online/Media Firm (15-24 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify product solutions aligned with organization's overall vision, set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with user needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy
- Work with Design, Insights, Marketing, Engineering and other teams to implement the strategy and product roadmap, collecting insights and proof points along the way
- Enhance product adoption and create a value driven relationship to grow consumer base across the globe while constantly monitoring future industry trends
- Act as a liaison between cross functional teams with end-to-end accountability of next level user expansion through innovation and product-wide growth
- Develop consumer-inspired strategy to build breakthrough pathways across product lines
- Lead the activation, retention and reactivation strategies for maximum engagement with users
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle
- Build, mentor and lead a product team including product managers and UI/UX designers, and nurture a customer-driven product culture
- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (including web application frameworks) in collaboration with Engineering team for delivering the company's services
- Define and facilitate experiments to maximize engagement through personalization and lead planning and product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionality
- Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business
- Influence your team and cross functional partners towards alignment and execution
