The Client :

A niche software solution and service company, specialized in real-time reconciliation solutions, catering to the business needs of global Banking and financial Industry.

The Role :

- Senior management position with P&L responsibility for product development and delivery.

- The indicative deliverables includes but not limited to product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, product design, product development, and product marketing.

- Involves working closely with the clients in India and globally and to oversees every element of the product from its conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance.

- The CPO is generally responsible for the building of a great product that avails a sustainable value in terms of revenue and profits for the business.

The Person for the Role :

- A PG in Engg / IT with about 12 to 20 years of total experience (and 10 years leadership experience) in the IT product development and delivery role in the Banking and Financial services space with good understanding of the technology expectations of banking and financial services customers.

- The ideal candidate not only has the ability to provide technical leadership to major projects but can also roll up their sleeves and contribute to the coding effort, if need arises.

- Experience working Product Head / Technical architect for an enterprise banking software with strong web application development experience with either Java, JavaScript, Cloud etc preferred.

- Experience working in cloud computing / Saas environment preferred.

- Good understanding of the technology landscape for enterprise banking products and it's evolution.

- Willingness to travel to key customer points and development centers in India and outside.
