Chief Product Officer - eCommerce

About the role - 

- A Chief Product Officer (CPO) Role, suited for a proven Product Leader who excels in a fast paced environment, handles ambiguity well and knows how to head a high-growth and high-scale organization.

- The role will be responsible for delivering high quality, innovative solutions which delight the customers, is adopted by the market and competitively differentiated.

- As a senior member of the management team, he/she will be an - Out of the Box- thinker, conceptualize new product ideas and deliver them to customers.

Requirement - 

- Engineering background and preferably a MBA with at least 12 years of experience, preferably from a consumer internet / e-commerce background

- Proven ability to build teams and organizations in a rapidly growing environment with high scale daily transactions

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and influence executives, business leaders, and technology leaders
