- 15 years experience in product development and rollout, with core expertise in B2B SaaS. Experience in HR/HCM is a big plus.

- B2B SaaS experience is a must.

- Strong communication skills, analytic skills.

- Expertise in product development and product management

- Own and manage product strategy, design and the build for mobile & web based SaaS products.

- Stakeholder management to prioritize product design choices.

- Articulate product strategy to company leadership.

- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, UX, engineering, and marketing to deliver products to customers.
