Hiring for the role of Chief Product Officer for the consumer line of businesses, for a leading Super App headquartered in Singapore.
Role : Group Chief Product Officer, for Financial Services businesses
- Relevant work experience : 15+ years of post qualification work experience across financial services, payments, BFSI ecosystem, having worked in an extremely scalable and high octane growth enterprise for the last 5 years.
- Should have lead large sized, diverse, cross geographical & matrix teams/ squads.
- Tier 1 pedigree preferred in Engineering/ MBA with global work exposure.
Must haves :
- Ability to lead growth for a set of enterprise units in financial services, working on product releases to scale up from 100x to 1000x.
- Structured thought process, as a product leader
- Brilliant problem solving skills
- Thought leadership to drive large sized teams, for impact
