Chief Product Manager/Product Owner - US Based Fintech Group - Partner with product manager, BA and project team to define business requirements to meet the project objectives. - Ensure requirements are within our business standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives - Define Product Vision, Strategy &amp; roadmap for Digital Banking products - Perform issue resolution, assess user needs, and recommend changes/improvements - Elicit and document business requirements for small to moderate sized projects or enhancements - Review/approve business requirement documents and functional system design documents - Facilitate requirements sessions with application stakeholders - Serve as liaison between client area and technical organization to develop and gather requirements for strategic business solutions for enterprise-wide document management initiatives - Coordinate requirements gathering sessions to ensure all required tasks are completed - Facilitate application demos - Develop and execute test scripts for application changes Key Skills Needed :&nbsp; - 14 + years of total Experience with last 8 years in Digital Product Manager/ Product Owner role. - Experience in Digital Banking, Fintech or E commerce Product Management. - Excellence communication, articulation skills - Experience in Agile Scrum.
