Chief Portfolio Manager/CIO - Fund Management - BFSI (18-28 yrs)
The Chief Portfolio Manager/CIO shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Provide insight and direction, lead investment teams, complete all fund transactions, and effectively maintain portfolio developments.
- Formulate and recommend investment policies and strategies to effectively manage portfolios to enhance returns and reduce risk.
- Establish effective and well-organized investment processes.
- Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
- Organize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
- Remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.
- Help manage and uphold current client relationships.
- Successfully pitch an optimization investment strategy to new clients.
Domain Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong experience in leading, supervising, and motivating a team of investment professionals
- Sound understanding of capital markets, investment policies and guidelines
- Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
- Analytical skills
- Good Comprehension & Communication skills
