Chief People Officer for a US based IT/ITeS Company
The company believes that in a Technology & ITeS business, one of the most important pillar to enable the strategic intent of the company is the Human Resource Strategy & its impeccable execution
Role & Responsibilities :
- Chief People Officer will lead the management of the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals.
- The role will act as advisor to the leadership team on people strategy to successfully execute the company strategy.
- The role will also lead the execution of the initiatives
- The role will report to the Managing Director and will oversee all aspects of Culture building, Hiring & retention strategy, Performance Management, Talent development etc.
Requirements :
- Top tier B School and excellent academic record
- Past experience in business / operations management in IT or ITeS sector will be preferred
- 15-20 years experience
- Open to work from outside the comfort zone and keen to learn through self learning, research etc. as needed to deliver
- A track record that illustrates past experience of managing new challenges
