Chief People Officer - IT (10-20 yrs)

- Develop and implement an annual plan for HR working in line with the business blueprint. Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.

- Provides guidance and direction to business leaders and employees with emphasis on maintaining a high performing work environment. In close partnership with the ESDS leadership teams, continues to strengthen a high performance culture through effective organizational design, employee and leadership development, and HR practices.

- Systematically diagnose business and organizational issues; design and implement solutions that shape culture, build organizational capability and enable business results.

- Maintain an effective level of business literacy including company goals, mission, financial position, strategy, competition, technology and culture

- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all HR processes from Talent Acquisition to Separation are performed in a consistent, accurate, compliant and timely manner.

- Partner with Compensation specialists to analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation.

- Implement and manage compliance efforts with all the Labor laws and regulations that govern the private companies relating to all aspects of the employee life cycle.

- Coaching, Training & Development - Evaluate corporate coaching and training needs, and direct the development of training programs and measure their effectiveness.

- Provide group and one-on-one coaching to Executives and Managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, people management, and problem solving and performance management.

- Sustain high levels of employee engagement through internal communications, programs and strategies in alignment with company culture and business.

- Responsible for strengthening the employer brand i.e. articulate the employee value proposition
