- HR Strategy Planning

- To define and execute various HR initiatives that advance the mission, promote value integration, increase organization effectiveness and improve results

- To partner with leadership and teams to define & implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

- To coordinate with stakeholders to build people initiatives to strengthen company as destination for Analytics professionals

- HR Policy, Processes and Systems Design

- To Design and implement a holistic HR policy to meet short-term & long-term business challenges with focus on key areas such as talent & leadership, culture & values, engagement & connect and productivity & cost

- Talent Acquisition & Retention

- To Identify, attract & bring in focussed profiles for critical positions in the organization

- To Develop and implement innovative retention strategies, benchmarking industry standards

- Performance Management

- To Create & implement peer to peer Performance Management Process

- To develop unique people management initiatives improving on happiness quotient

- Training, OD & Change Management

- To introduce training system in company to develop talent in-line with corporate vision

- Talent Management & Development

- To optimize Talent Management & develop initiatives with real-time tracking modules

- Training, OD & Change Management

- To introduce training system in company to develop talent in-line with corporate vision

- HR Policy, Processes and Systems Design

- To Design and implement a holistic HR policy to meet short-term & long-term business challenges with focus on key areas such as talent & leadership, culture & values, engagement & connect and productivity & cost

- Compensation & Benefits

- To Streamline compensation, benchmark people compensation with current market rates

- Employee Engagement

- To initiate people engagement activities with aim to drive 'collaborative culture', core-values across practices/ departments

- HR Operations

- To look after activities like Payroll, statutory compliances, joining & Induction, background verification, exit formalities.
