Chief Partnerships Officer - Fundraising & Communications - NGO

- Chief Relationship Officer grows the contribution towards the organisation by nurturing relationships.

- Create and execute a robust fundraising strategy (corporate and retail fundraising)

- Lead the creation of proposals, presentations and all collaterals required for fundraising (including grant applications)

- Represent the organisation in conferences, meetings and to potential funders in one-on-ones

- Lead outreach programs and fundraising campaigns

- Assess the fundraising requirements of the organisation by preparing budgets

- Broadening and growing various fundraising streams

- Growing the contribution of the current donors and forging new partnerships

- Strategising brand image and positioning to achieve significant brand growth through strong communication

- Guide the communication team to collect/create all content needed to represent the organisation

- Strategise the online presence of the organisation including but not limited to the website and social media channels

- Oversee the creation of all periodical reports like Annual Report, donor progress reports

- Lead the tracking and measurement of the level of engagement of the organisation with all stakeholders

- Lead in coordinating and organising events for engagement with various stakeholders

We'd like you to have :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fundraising and communications role

- Educational qualification: Masters in Communication or in Business

- Ability to plan strategically

- Ability to develop compelling stories with superior written, oral and visual communication skills

- Ability to write, speak and present clearly and persuasively in English

- Ability to build relationships

- Having a good network in the NGO, social enterprise, CSR space

- Understanding of computer, internet and social media is imperative

- Experience in PR / media management

- Willingness to travel frequently (to rural regions and other cities)

- Ability to be organised and meet deadlines and financial targets

- Professional maturity and ability to work effectively across levels, functions and regions
