Chief Operations Officer - Marketing - Textile

Job Description :

1. To spearhead the brand's growth and expansion, in India and Internationally

2. To align all brand activities in a cohesive manner and towards the common goal of more visibility & revenue generation i.e., coordination between various departments like Design, Production, Retail, PR, Marketing, etc. towards this goal

3. To ensure smooth functioning of all departments

4. Monthly audits of all departments

5. The candidate should have an understanding of finance to be able to propose and approve budgets for various activities based on the annual budget given by the management

6. Should have excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills

7. Create and Monitor the brand communication strategy

8. Monitor ad ensure the marketing and PR to ensure end result of business development

8. To develop strategic partnerships for different product categories - at vendor level, retail level, design level and even collaboration level

9. To ensure brand linkages for better visibility and growth
