Chief Operations Officer - Corporate Share Registry Business (15-20 yrs)
Indicative Responsibilities:
- Managing the existing business operations and client base, and develop strategies to enhance business operations
- Engaging with existing and potential clients to build strong business relationships
- Develop and own business strategies, annual budgets and projections
- Monitor business operations with a strong focus on P&L
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new clients, increase bouquet of products / services currently being offered to an existing client
- Identify client's business requirements and challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customised business solutions
- Strengthen and leverage client relationships to maximize bottom-line results
- Closely interacting with Directors, Board Members and shareholder representatives to keep them abreast of business developments
- Assist the CFO with financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and maintaining high level of corporate governance
- Negotiate with internal stake holders and client's senior management to maximise profitability and client satisfaction
- Ability to seamlessly integrate acquired / to-be-acquired businesses into existing business operations
- Ensure all business operations and programs align with the company's core values and culture
- Provide leadership to subordinates and colleagues to inspire them to take more initiatives in their roles
Indicative Requirements:
- 15+ year experience in management, specifically focused on business operations and client interactions
- Advanced organizational leadership skills
- Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills
- Budget-focused mindset
- High level of integrity and professional ethics
- MBA from a reputed institute would be preferred
