Chief Operating Officer - Strategy - BFSI (18-25 yrs)
Hiring leaders in COO (strategy) for a leading captive in Chennai/Gurgaon/Bangalore
As a Director Strategy, the candidate would be helping to successfully manage the International Hub's strategy and deliver its product backlog, producing customer value in a continuous, iterative fashion. Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to improve the strategy's development in line with evolving techniques and best practice, as well as assisting with developing business plans and offering challenge to improve the quality of outputs.
- Analysing business performance, competitor activity, potential business opportunities and customer behaviours, and presenting this and solutions to senior management
- Leading and delivering specific major assignments in the team's backlog, defining and agreeing a clear scope and objectives and working in an Agile manner.
- Managing the quality of the strategy across reporting teams and addressing any gaps
You'll also demonstrate:
- Knowledge of and the ability to understand complex changing technology landscapes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Good research skills and a proven ability to generate insights
- Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile team
