Our hybrid company requires the expertise and experience of a COO (Chief Operating Officer) to horizontally deploy our services and capture a sizeable share of the market in the sector of Solid Waste Management. We have a first movers advantage in this sector, and we are looking towards the COO to propel us into newer segments of the market as well as cover larger market share. To grow the organization from a senior stage star-up into an established and flourishing business. If you have served in a managerial position in the past, are confident of handling an organization that is growing multifold year on-year, and can work in a dynamic environment, then we'd like to talk to you asap.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and integrate programs across the board, and build the team to deliver services that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with our CEO on five and ten-year plans for business growth and evolution
- Assist the CEO with financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies
- Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical sector specific skills so they can better manage projects and serve our clients
- Help budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the other senior management team
- Ensure all program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture
- Provide leadership to the SWM Team so that they might take more initiative in their roles
- Expand the business to newer territories and models.
