You will excel in this position if you are an established thought leader, entrepreneurial in spirit, collaborative in your approach and a creative thinker who has exceptional organizational abilities.  The priorities:-  - Formulating the organization's strategy to support the stated mission and vision   - Building relationships and daily communication with various stakeholders, partners, HNIs, social enterprises in India and government officials   - Recruiting, building and leading teams of professionals to develop processes and execute on formulated strategies and goals.   - Overseeing fund raising efforts for the organization  - Developing internal processes and key metrics to measure impact   Education, skills and experience requirements:   - The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of meaningful experience spanning the private and developmental sectors with strong evidence of leadership.   - An advanced business administration or public policy degree or equivalent education/experience will be valued.  - Some international exposure would be highly valued.   - Experience managing high-profile events is necessary.  - Prior exposure to fundraising and exposure to entrepreneurial finance is desired   - Strong project management, analytical and strategic thinking skills.  - Coalition building experience and skills.  - Strong verbal and written communication skills.   - The successful candidate will have an education or relevant experience that enables meaningful interactions with entrepreneurs who often have a significant technology component as part of their offering.   - Some familiarity with social media campaigns and MIS  Other qualities:  - A positive, problem solving attitude would be necessary  - The successful candidate would be knowledgeable about private/public sector solutions to large-scale developmental problems in India.   - If you are comfortable in cross-cultural exchanges and in communicating with individuals from different countries and diverse backgrounds, you would be an excellent fit.
