- Europe (Hamburg/ Vienna/ Zurich)

- East Africa (Dar es Salam)

Our client, who is slated to go IPO soon, has had an exciting journey where they have built a strong brand that is present in around 200 cities all over India and caters to over 200,000 customers on a daily basis. They are looking a COO and would be responsible for:

- Working in partnership with Senior Management to accomplish the Company's Vision & Mission for 2020 and establish policies that promote company's growth.

- Responsible for P&L and EBITDA.

- People Management

- Will be responsible to bring in Operational efficiency through process redesign and benchmarking.

- Customer (Students & Parents) satisfaction

- Academic Coordination

- Competition Benchmarking

- Resource Management

- Plans and directs all aspects of Centre-level operations, policies and initiatives.

- Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes.

- Provide analytical support to internal management team including development of internal management reporting capabilities.

- Cultivate the values of the company within the organization and motivates staff to meet or surpass organizational goals.

- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

- Ensure Statutory compliance across Centers are met Work in close coordination with Sales & Marketing team to achieve the Sales goals.

- Responsible for Employee motivation, engagement and development

- Oversee daily operations of the Centers in coordination with IT, Marketing, HR, Sales and Finance etc.

- Presents new ideas & strategies to the Management in order to develop and implement growth strategies.

- Participates in expansion activities and alliances etc. to identify new revenue streams
