Responsibilities : - As a management role, must create strategy on annual operation forecasting and own its deliverable across the region Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations and drive excellence across workforce - Strengthen current positioning and identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth - Contribute to the upliftment of the management and set a direction for the firm - Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on market research Eligibility: - Overall 18-20 years experience of which 6 - 8 years of executive experience - Strategic planning and operations/retail business development experience - Strong hands-on experience of Indian Retail industry - Strong leadership and organizational skills
