Experience: Total - 15-20 years

Mid-size Food Company, 12-15 years of Experience of Heading manufacturing, out of which 1-2 years in handing central functions also.

Worked in any Line manufacturing - like Parle / Britania - 2-5 years

- We need to set up effective operational and financial procedures in place for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions - we have 2 plants in India and Operations at Europe.

JOB Description:

Will be responsible for Both Domestic as well as international unit

1. Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.

2. Implementation of System & Policies, company values. Developing and cascading the organization's strategy/mission statement to the lower-ranking staff to align personnel with company goals

3. Appoint/ Structure department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them.

4. Analyse operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.

5. Direct or coordinate an organization's financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of projects.

6. Develop or execute strategies to address issues such as energy use, resource conservation, recycling, pollution reduction, waste elimination, transportation, education, and building design

7. Research environmental sustainability issues, concerns, or stakeholder interests.

8. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement.

9. Interdeartment- Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products.

10. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.

11. Process improvement through Automation, Line balancing and organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

12. Cross functional team workings, being a change agent, influencer, led by example
