Job Description : Lead the techno - commercial function for one of the fastest growing Indian Bio-tech organization

Client Details :

- The Client is a reputed Indian vaccine maker with a strong growth momentum

Description :

- Provide leadership inputs to - R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Compliance, etc. functions

- Strategize and implement operations excellence projects to further improve the efficiency levels

- Bring in initiatives for cost management and employee engagement

- Ensure the compliance and statutory requirements

Profile :

- The candidate must be a Returning Indian or should have an international stint as part of the career thus far; Should have a strong vaccine operations' background

- The candidate must have at least 20 years' experience in managing the operations of bio-pharma and vaccines industry

- The candidate should have a remote site management experience

- Should have a strong understanding of Fill Finish and Bulk Manufacturing

- He/She must have a thorough understanding of technical functions like - Quality, Supply Chain, Production, etc

- The candidate should have managed large teams in the past

- He/She should have an inclination towards commercial operations too
