Location : Mumbai

Qualification : BE, preferably Mechanical/Mining/Chemical Engineering plus MBA

Experience : 20 to 25 years experience

Responsibilities:

- Overall Technical and leadership of a large operation for production of energy resources.

- P&L Management.

- Planning, Budgeting and Monitoring.

- Health Safety and Environment.

- Introduction of modern production management practices.

- Overall smooth running of the operations.

- Continuous Improvement in productivity.

- Commercial and contracts management.

- Large team management - both employees and contractors.

- Ensure best practices are deployed and followed.

- Training and Development.

- Management of relationships with the local government authorities and NGOs.

- Interface with Technical and Development teams.

- Support Finance function. Security, HR & Administration.

- Compliance with government regulations.

- Industrial Relations.

- Media and PR.
