Chief Operating Officer - Non Profit Organization (10-15 yrs)

Essentially the role for COO would entail :

- Take the business and operations of HESPL towards extensive and sustainable growth

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Build a comprehensive roadmap with critical milestones and comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Oversee day to day operations and the work of executives with key checkpoints

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication and strategize towards resource optimization

- Build strategic tracking to optimize success quotient on the projects, meet on targets from the rollout to project completion

- Consistent evaluation of projects basis performance and budget, by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Be involved in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Establish policies, procedures that enhance growth and promote company culture and vision

- Work on unit economics of the different products, models and projects

- Strategize and plan State and Zonal-wise budget and monitor effective budget realization

- Work on the overall cash flow and finance strategy of the company with finance department

Qualification and Expertise :

- A Masters Degree in Marketing & Finance Planning would be preferred.

- 10+ years experience in executive leadership positions / relevant experience suited to the role of COO

- Strong Business acumen and strong analytical experience

- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

- In-depth understanding and experience of advanced business planning, data analysis and performance/operation metrics and exp

- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc. as well as company regulation/laws.

- Experience in fund-raising shall be a plus
