Chief Operating Officer - Luxury Goods Firm

One of our Luxury goods clients is hiring for a COO. They are a leading luxury multi-brand retailer with the objective of redefining luxury retail in India with a focus on customer experience through their bespoke boutiques, highly experienced and trained experts and an E-commerce platform designed to deliver the curated experience to one's doorstep through our white glove delivery services.

Role Description: Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success. Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision. Oversee daily operations and the work of executives. P&L management and identifying business expansion opportunities.

KRAS:

- Oversee operations of all points of sales.

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR etc.)

- Identify new markets and opportunities for business development.

- Communication with the associated brands/ partners.

CRITERIA: We are looking at someone with 15 - 20yrs work exp, preferably from a luxury retail brands.
