- Heading the entire operations for the organization.
- Primarily this role would involve not only the operations, but also play a huge role in terms of the integration of 3 different broking entities under a common brand.
- Play a leadership role in terms of the people ops, business ops, P&L, underwriting, claims, identification of new opportunities and a host of other ops activity.
- The role reports to the CEO directly .
- The role would also require the person to coordinate and interact with the Pvt. Equity partner and the leadership team
