Chief Operating Officer - Hospitality/Startup

We are looking for a dynamic and hands on COO / Business Head for a startup/ hospitality professional with a keen eye on P & L management. Ideal candidate must have MBA from a premier Institute with 15+ years of experience in running complex operations and driving business growth with lean team. Our client is among the TOP 3 India's largest co-living space and spread across 18 cities using Tech disruptive platform revolutionising residential Rental Market.

Experience in setting up processes and usage of technology to run business is a must as we drive the brand on a digital disruptive growth. Ability to maintain good relationships with investors, team members, owners, customers & vendors is a must.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

- P&L management

- Managing & reducing operating expenses

- Motivate & drive large ground operations & service teams through remote management

- Driving occupancy through strategic & out of the box marketing initiatives

- Corporate & institutional sales & business development

- Ensuring customer retention & high customer service ratings

- Property maintenance through standardized SOPs & usage of tech enabled operations

- Growth, expansion and scale up of business

Requirements

- Must be a MBA from a reputed institution

- Must have exposure to tech based operations

- Must have 15+ years of hands on experience

- Stints in real estate/ hospitality/ ground operations/ service industry

- Stint in a startup over the last 3-4 years will be good

- Good personality, team player, articulate & excellent with numbers
