Our client is a healthcare tech startup aimed at bridging the gap in medical care for children in India.
Job Profile:
- To build and grow a sustainable organisation in conjunction with the vision and mission
- Designing and implementing business strategies, goals, plans and procedures in accordance with the company's vision and mission
- Build effective and sustainable management systems and functions as per the need of the company
- Responsible for all operational aspects of business including people strategy, business development, financial/operational excellence, risk, governance, culture and key growth parameters from a long-term perspective
- Stakeholder management
Internal: Board / Promoters / Investors/ Employees
External: Key Clients / Vendors / Media / Consultants
- Rapid and large scale expansion of the business - Focus on geographical strategy and lay-down path for expansion
- Balance efforts towards longer-term strategic business results with profitable sales growth and increased market share in the short-term
- Build & develop a cohesive, high performing senior management team that is mutually accountable for operating and financial performance goals. Work closely with functional heads and define their short/long terms goals
- Actively monitoring execution of the strategy by applying key controls across functions. - Taking corrective steps in terms of deviations wherever needed
-Safeguarding the firms interests by ensuring coverage against financial, legal and operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies
Relevant Experience :
- Post- graduation
- Worked at a leadership position
- Experience of leading a P&L
- Proved track record of scaling up a new business exponentially
- Strong experience working in an unstructured setup
