Chief Operating Officer - Healthcare

- Set the overall strategic direction of the Organisation

- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to translate the strategic direction into short and long-term plans with clear responsibilities and deliverables

- Develop and nurture commercial relationships for the benefit of the Organisation

- Partner with the Board and leadership reportees to achieve synergy and collaboration

- Layout a strategy for growth of company's own e-commerce website

- Foster relationships with existing partners across different functions including the likes of other e-commerce partner firms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Culture :

- Develop in partnership with the Board and senior leadership team the Company purpose, vision, values, and behaviors and in doing so, set the cultural direction for the Organisation

- Ensure all employees understand the culture of the Organisation and adopt it in the way they work

- Foster a working environment that recruits, develops, motivates, and retains high performing employees

- Encourage collaboration across all levels

- Drive a continuous learning and improvement agenda

Finance :

- Be accountable for the overall performance and profitability for the Organisation

- Work with the Chief Financial Officer to set the overall budget

- Ensure that financial performance is appropriately monitored and managed

Governance :

- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are in place and effectively monitored and reviewed

- Ensure appropriate standards, controls, systems, and procedures are in place and updated accordingly

- Represent the Organisation at external forums

Profile :

- 10-15 years of experience working in E-commerce OR Healthcare (Preventive or Pre-Diagnostic) OR Health-Tech OR Consumer setups but with experience of growing company-owned e-commerce website

- Have a proven track record of demonstrating growth both horizontally and vertically

- Have experience of demonstrating growth across new geographies and new product lines

- Change agent or individual with transformation exposure

- Solid industry knowledge and network with comprehensive insights

- Superior relationship-building, analytics, communication and presentation skills and international work experience

- An exceedingly high energy level, independent, individually motivated, and a collaborative team-oriented approach to business

- Strong academic background

- The ability to work in a dynamic environment
