Organization :

A newly built state of the art food park spread across 55 acers in Fazilka, Punjab comprising of :

- In-House Manufacturing of Dairy and IQF and storage of grain based products,

- Common Infrastructure and Utilities

- Built to Suit facilities for other Food and agro players to set up operations on a - plug and play- model

- Infrastructure being created includes a Central Processing Centre, Farm Proximate Processing Centres, Utilities and Logistics to create a sustainable and capital efficient food and agri eco system including regular supply of water available through canal and bore well, Captive RO plant, Captive power plant, 100% power backup.

- The park is operational with production and has a installed revenue potential of Rs.500 cr. in 2-3 years.

Key Deliverables :

- Help develop and take responsibility for the execution and achievement of the business plan of the company.

- Driving efficiency in operations of utilities, dairy and IQF and bring best practices to implementation

- Provide strong leadership to the team by creating an effective organisation structure and a sharp goal based performance management system by cascading annual operating plan across the team

- Manage relationships with large customers and ensure timely coordination of activities across operations and finance

- Create a culture of operational excellence and customer focus through an effective MIS and performance management approach

- Help identify and convert new business opportunities to create growth for the business

- Drive collaboration, coordination and alignment between Procurement, Marketing, Finance and Operations to effectively manage profitability

Credential Required :

- MBA with 20+years of Operations Experience in a FMCG/Food/ dairy/Beverage Manufacturing Business.

- Power plant operations experience would be an added advantage

- Motivated problem solver with high energy levels and strong goal orientation.

- Position to be based out of Chandigarh corporate office with regular travel to the food park at Fazilka
