Pharma Experience Mandatory

Exposure in USFDA set up is MANDATORY

Budgeting and Budgeting Control :

- Define and drive the planning and monitoring of the Budgeted Costs vs. Actual Costs to ensure profitability

- Responsible for monitoring the actuals vs target, analyzing and taking corrective action

- Steering operation with focus on bottom line by ensuring optimum utilization of resources

Operations Management :

- Set strategies for overall production planning of different products by prioritizing different customer requirements

- Oversee various stages from product conceptualization to commercialisation and maintain the delivery schedule

- Provide support and guidance to HODs for smooth operation & production execution so that production target is achieved with set yield & efficiency level

- Oversee various compliance matters and ensure necessary action is taken to avoid any kind of penalty or charges

- Define, monitor and review key data points on regular basis related to effectiveness and productivity of BU (budgets vs achievement on production, sales, receivables, yield, efficiency etc)

- Ensure all capex projects related to Generic FDF division are completed within budget & timeline

Research & Development (Product & Technology) :

- Ensure R&D effectiveness and delivery of projects in-time and within budgeted resources

- Identify and develop various lines of product for future

- Encourage for bringing in best in technologies from around the world to enhance production, reduce wastage, increase automation and introduce new product

- Encourage for filing product & process patents

Quality :

- Ensure harmonized quality systems are followed in entire Business Unit

- Readiness for any time walk in audit by regulatory authorities

- Ensure quality of the products are as per CGMP standards

Leadership & Team Management :

- Create a positive work culture, motivate & guide the team & development of individual potential to increase the engagement level in the organization

- Recruit, motivate, train team members and enhance their performance by becoming their coach and mentor and develop them to take additional responsibilities

- Ensure timely appraisal for the team is completed and work with the OD team to put a training calendar for the team and ensure the same is implemented within the deadline
