- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Experience in scaling up a startup from 0 to 1 with prime focus on product, sales & marketing functions
- Should have expertise into problem solving in areas of inside sales, digital marketing, branding, customer experience & ops
- Overall industry exp. of 9-10 yrs into inside sales, marketing, branding & customer experience
- Most recent experience into edtech is mandatory for at least 3+ yrs at senior roles- VP sales or marketing out of overall experience of 10 yrs
- Scaled up & responsible for driving P&L of at least 30 crs per annum
- Built & managed a team of 100+ into sales, marketing, product, tech
