Chief Operating Officer - EduTech

- An established company is looking to build and grow an edtech startup and looking for COO.

- The COO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the organization and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors (BOD) and senior leadership team.

Responsibilities: 

1. Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business.

2. Develop sound business strategies alongside the founders, keeping in mind the short-term and long-term goals of the business.

3. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance.

4. Evaluate company's financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.

5. Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

6. To develop business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.

Desired Profile: 

- B Tech/ MBA from reputed institute like- IIM, NIT etc.

- Should must have experience of leading in Edtech business.

- Must have experience of Start up business.
