Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a Leading European Digital Studio.   Our Client is based in Goa & Berlin, Germany it is a boutique digital studio and works in a variety of technology disciplines creating cutting edge products for mobile and web platforms and providing data science services.   They developing native apps for iOS & Android devices as well as web apps using Node, Angular,PHP, Python & many other industry standard selected tools.   As a COO   - You are a process driven tech strategist with experience building teams, driving productivity and meeting business goals.   - You will build domain expertise in cutting edge market technologies and needs.  - Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.  - Contribute to strategic operating plans that deliver quick quarterly wins reflecting the long-term objectives.   Technical and management competences required   - At least 5 years of experience in software development operations and project management (provider, agency, startup, etc.)   - Extensive Management and project leading experience  - Ideally with a strong technical background  - Experience with agile methodologies (scrum)   - Experience in mentoring/leading of software teams  - International experience, preferably Europe   - Oversee the company's overall financial performance, delivery capability, and the quality of work, customer satisfaction  - Develop and execute the company's business and operational strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
