Chief Operating Officer - Digital/News - Digital Startup (16-25 yrs)

KRA'S :
- Who has worked in an IT Company as a Business Leader and built a division or a subsidiary or from the Digital Media Space handling P&L
- Someone who should have handled M&A
- Responsible for conceptualizing and planning the digital overall strategy for the company's Digital Products. Must have an understanding of the digital news cycle from an editorial point of view.
- Must have a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem (analytics), technology platforms and digital marketing.
- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients
- Pitching & Acquiring new business across the markets in India & Abroad for the Digital Business.
- Experience in handling P&L, business planning and reviews. Responsible for generating revenue & increasing the revenue 5 fold over the next two years
- Managing and delivering key campaign expectations
- Managing, mentoring, leading & training overall Operations team for better performance.
- Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business
- Should have handled a P& L of at least 25-30 Cr p.a. in the digital space for more than 2 years
- Should have handled a minimum team size of 50 employees in a Digital Organization
- Should have a passion to work in a startup environment
