- CA Qualified

- Experience in handling Bank / NBFC Operations at large scale

- Experience in accounting & finance optional

- Should have worked on rolling out/ setting up process including the IT systems roll out for the same.

- Should know Tamil & willing to locate to Trichy

- Lead and monitor the day to day flow of operations in the Loan operations & fund operations team and Administration team of the institution

- Manage some of India's top clients -NBFC/Banks, corporate and SME clients

- Documentation for Loan & capital market transactions

- Client onboarding, investor communication, drawdown notices and all fund related activities - --

- Portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking and regulatory reporting

- Ensure a robust tracking mechanism is in place and timely follow up and escalations of noncompliance of covenants are reported & highlighted

- Define the audit scope by outlining process /sub process to be audited in consultation with internal auditors, identify key risk areas, ensure adequate internal controls are in place and implement audit recommendations
