Chief Operating Officer - Startup Consulting Firm

Job Description:

My client is a growing public accounting consulting firm, looking to expand their global center of excellence in India, hence looking to hire experienced and dynamic COO who comes with startup eco-system and ready to drive the growth and objectives of global tax advisory business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Managing Directors and other senior executives to ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.

- COO will be accountable for achieving business targets and goals, and for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.

- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and markets and expanding the company's product and service offerings.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.

- Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure that the company is delivering high- quality products and services to its clients.

- Organize and participate in board meetings.

- Collaborate with the operational and finance teams to ensure that the company's business strategies are aligned with its operational and financial capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

- Ensure Technology related initiatives are initiated with the help of IT Teams.

Key criteria:

- Qualified degree with 10+ years of experience in a leadership position in startup eco-system of Consulting, Edu-tech, Fintech

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that proven business growth and profitability.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address business issues and opportunities.

- Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
