1. To formulate short term and long term plans for achieving business goals.

2. To establish the Standard Operating Procedures and people management framework.

3. Study and implement relevant international best practices and Indian competitors best practices.

4. To achieve budgeted revenue target of INR XXX crores .

5. To continuously explore alternative sources of revenue for the project.

6. Engage in competency building initiatives for the team

7. Interact with Central Government

8. Review MIS and take up red flags during process reviews with team.

9. Ensure that there is quick resolution to any operational problems and involve in setting up troubleshooting mechanisms.

10. Implement next generation improvements in processes and systems.

11. Ensure exceptional level of maintenance of the facility.
