Chief Operating Officer - Construction

The Chief Operating Officer - Job Description :

- Will play a critical role in the leadership for the rapidly developing BIM Services and head and drive structural, design and detailing services operations- organization.Supporting company priorities while providing cohesion and fostering collaboration amongst multiple departments and complex initiatives in construction design - both future and existing- in the areas of: Planning & Design; Operations and development.

Responsibilities :

- Work with senior management to facilitate effective long term planning, strategy And day-to-day operations of the production departments .

- Supervise operations, set goals and serveas a role model/mentor to other Operations staff and Architecture, Structural, MEP and R&D departmental heads.

- Help establish and execute organization's operational priorities on weekly, monthly, and long-term basis.

Qualities :

- Excellent management and communication skills.

- Ability to assimilate a high volume of information across technical disciplines and departments, Providing leadership and support to senior HODs/HCS.

- Ability to creatively solve problems, and make and implement decisions quickly and soundly.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment and exemplify leadership and composure under pressure, while maintaining high morale.

Key skills :

- Excellent understanding of construction industry and be familiar with construction details and use of all materials.

- BIM Management experience is a must.

Education :

- Having good academic background preferably from a premier institute like IITs.

- UG: B.Tech/B.E.

- PG:M.Tech

Experience :

- Minimum fifteen years of experience at executive level of management in Planning, organizing and managing work plans of construction industry.

- International Onsite experience preferable.

Compensation : As per industry standards and candidate's proven experience.
