Chief Operating Officer

- Oversee daily operations

- Oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of the firms financials, operations, human resources and compliance

- Create efficiencies by reviewing and developing the organizations systems, processes, workflows, and procedures

- Play a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization.

- Submit relevant and regular reports/data analysis to the leadership team

- Co-ordinate with SEBI, Custodians

- Lead a team of 5 resources

Skills & Abilities Needed :

- 10+ years experience with an AMC or PMS

- Excellent people skills and business acumen

- Strong stakeholder management experience

- Knowledge of general trends in the market

- Strong ability to negotiate and build influence

- Highly organized while focusing on work quality with the ability to establish priorities
