THE JOB: Prodentify has been mandated to search for a seasoned, top playing professional to head-up operations as the Chief Operating Officer at a leading private sector Bank in India that has a strong inroads in consumer &amp; business banking. As the Chief of Operations, the job will directly report in to the CEO and also to the firm's board, on dotted lines. The following shall be the major areas of responsibilities for the incumbent: - Lead operations for the Bank pan India and for other international locations, as necessary - Drive Business Strategy based Transformation for the organization, being closely aligned to the larger business objectives, statutory/regulatory compliance, individual needs of various business units and the bank's staff - Co-lead further growth at the bank - Work closely with investors and shareholders IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE -&nbsp; Someone will all-round experience of about 25 years in Banking (most of it, including the latest, being in India), with strengths in third-party businesses like insurance and mutual-funds. The ideal candidate would be a banker at the core, having played an all-rounder, but specifically in roles related to transformation/strategy, business growth and realignment, in the more recent years of his/her career. A BU Head evolved into a generalist leader's role is a good example.
