Hiring for Chief operating officer Automotive Division for Delhi NCR Location.

Age Between 40 to 45 years

B.E. Mechanical / Automobile or MBA

- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of Company.

- Understanding of all business functions like operations, HR and accounting.

- Looking for COO for Automotive division

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.

- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.

- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and assist MD on sales and budget management to achieve targets.

- Responsible for profit & loss (P & L) of Company

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Proven experience as COO / VP and above
