Chief Operating Officer - Automotive (25-27 yrs)
Hiring for COO for Automotive division based out of Gurugram.
Age 45 to 50 years
1. Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of Company.
2. Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and assist MD on sales and budget management to achieve targets.
3. Responsible for profit & loss (P & L) of Company
4. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
5. Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.
6. Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting.
7. Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
B.E. Mechanical / Automobile or MBA
1. Proven experience as COO / VP and above
2. Understanding of all business functions like operations, HR and accounting.
3. Leadership skills
4. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
5. Candidate from Automobile industry will be preferred.
