Our client is a leading global advisory,broking & solutions company that enables companies in converting risk into a path of growth.

As a part of their growth strategy, they have a mandate for the role of a COO.

- Incumbents with strong operations experience for a workforce of 3500 upwards may apply

- Extensive experience in insurance operations is highly desirable

- Applicants should possess strong global exposure in terms of senior stake holder management (preferably UK & European countries)

- Strong People management experience is essential

- Should have strong inclination towards operational excellence & should preferably be Six sigma certified

- Needless to say, the incumbent should have worked with reputed multinationals & should display high level of job stability .
