Looking for engineering and management graduates or postgraduates with experience in Digital Transformation &amp; Business Process Automation for 25+ Years in the manufacturing or engineering domain. Job Title : Group Chief Digital Officer Job Location : India Reporting To : Managing Director &amp; Chief Executive Officer Education : Graduate in Engineering with Masters Degree or Management Degree Experience : 25+ Years of experience in Business Transformation &amp; IT Strategy Scope and Purpose of the Position : Responsible for the development of Digital Strategy for all the group businesses, using emerging technologies like AI, Data Science, IIOT, Robotics, AR &amp; VR, to make a significant difference to the top line and bottom-line of the business. Job Responsibilities : - Development of a digital roadmap and lead the technology adoption across businesses and functions - Bring synergies across technology platforms within various group businesses - Lead and enable the businesses in preparing design and adoption of next-generation platforms (Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, AI) relevant to their business - Identify the areas and functions that can be positively impacted by Digital solutions - Identify the Digital Technologies that can provide a competitive edge to the business and develop / source suitable solutions and implement the same - Integrate the digital solutions with the existing IT landscape and align Digital Strategy with the IT strategy - Organize the change management initiatives to effect Digital Transformation and benefit realization from the Digital journey - Work on creating skills and talent for digital transformation Desired Candidate Profile : - The candidate should be a graduate in engineering - Master Degree or Management degree will be an added advantage - Leadership level experience in Business Transformation using emerging digital technologies - Experience as Digital Leader or Director in large conglomerates - Good background in dealing with complex environments and should have worked in renowned large scale organizations - Excellent people Interfacing and communication abilities - A stable career within a company
