- Responsible for Vehicle Development Programs from concept to Launch and related NPD Stage gate process implementation across the company.

- Establishment of R&D processes for greenfield architecture.

- Handles areas of Multi-project management - resource and schedules, Cost reduction and benchmarking, competency development, Internal Audits and Business Plans for complete R&D.

- Working on implementation for Robust Quality Practices like QFD, DFMEA & DFM across R&D organization.

- Working on establishment for Vehicle Development Master plan for R&D aggregates.

- Leading Cost Reduction Program across all functions
