Chief of Staff to CEO & COO (Funded Fintec Start-up)

Chief of Staff (CEO's office) (Funded FinTech Start-up)

- In this role the candidate with work closely with the CEO & COO on all internal and external initiatives, driving progress and reporting directly to the leadership team.

- The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO and works closely with the board, senior leadership, vertical heads and staff across all functional areas of the organization.

- He/She will be part of CEOs office and will manage and participate in new business/functional strategic initiatives.

- He will drive corporate strategy on both business/technology initiatives and internal change management initiatives.

- Deliver data-driven insights to support actionable strategic direction, planning, and communication.

- Analyse industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance.

The candidate must have :

- an MBA from a Tier 1 school (IIM / ISB)

- 4-6 years experience at a premier consulting company (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4 only)

- 2-3 years start-up experience

- B Tech from a premier institution (preferred, not must)

- Candidate should have worked on corporate strategy and in program management of large scale projects

- Knowledge of financial sector is plus.
