Role Overview
We're looking for a high-potential Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and is excited about building from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic planning, fundraising & key business initiatives
- Build executive-level presentations, investor decks, business reviews, and board materials
- Lead cross-functional projects and follow through on execution by collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
- Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements across functions
- Conduct research, data analysis & competitive benchmarking to support decision-making
- Act as a sounding board for key decisions & support the CEO in prioritizing time and resources
Who You Are
- 1-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, VC, or a high-growth startup
- MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, MDI, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) - crisp, structured, and confident
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Hands-on with tools like PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel, Notion, and basic dashboards
