Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the leader thereby creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success
Description:
- Derive consumer insight leading to marketing campaigns using analytics frameworks
- Scope, evaluate and set up the multichannel CRM platforms across all formats of luxury, premium and masstige
- Develop and deploy forecasting models for retail operations and merchandising
- Have the ability to drive data & analytics which influence decisions that build additional revenue streams and deepen existing ones
- Understand the customer buying behaviour to drive new, repeat sales, cross-sell & upsell
- Drive sales and revenue growth by improving the productivity and efficiency of the sales channels (offline & online)
- Gauge customer behavior through analytics and improve sales conversion
- Work with the larger team to put up frameworks that capture data points and ensure robustness and scalability and also measure performance
- Work with the leadership team on strategies for positioning, pricing etc.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Post-Graduate-MBA
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches
- Should have experience in a consulting firm (client-facing role)
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical bent of mind
- Extremely articulate
